Disability Accommodations at LeakyCon

I just wanted to do a quick update on a post I made previously. In our post concerning advice for HP cons, I stated that all I had to do last year to receive accommodation at Infinitus was to say that I was visually impaired right before an event. After a bit of correspondence with the LeakyCon staff, however, I've found that it's quite different with this con. LeakyCon asks that, to receive accommodation like this you provide proof of your disability beforehand (I just sent them a copy of my most recent eye evaluation and an explanation of what it meant). So, if you're looking for accommodation like this, you might want to email them ASAP with proof of your disability.
